Addsoccer gets an agreement with the Rochester Rhinos to set up its
Youth Soccer Development Program (YSDP)

(Oscar Felipe, Antonio Barea, José Antonio Martínez y David García)
will start to implement the Youth Soccer Development Program (YSDP) for the Professional team Rochester Rhinos in NY State.
For that, they will implement its TEAM MODEL©
in all youth teams. Moreover, the idea is to grow the number of teams
and consolidate the structure of the program adding new players at the
early ages and new professional coaches who will be trained by
Add+Soccer staff during the next following seasons.
The new Rhinos YSDP will be based on the whole education of the player, in and out of the field.

Addsoccer llega a un acuerdo con los Rhinos de Rochester para implantar y desarrollar su programa de Jóvenes Jugadores.
Addsoccer (Oscar Felipe, Antonio Barea, José Antonio Martínez y David García) comenzará a implantar y desarrollar la Academia de Fútbol de formación en el equipo Profesional de los Rhinos de Rochester en el estado de New York.
Para ello, implementará el TEAM MODEL© en todos los equipos que lo conforman. Además se irá incrementando la estructura de equipos y de jugadores, para las próximas temporadas.
Con estas nuevas acciones, el equipo de Add+Soccer busca darle una estructura profesional a la Academia de Fútbol donde se formarán a los entrenadores que constituyan el Cuerpo Técnico de dicho equipo, y que desarrollarán un programa donde la Educación Integral del Jugad@r, tanto dentro del campo como fuera de él, será el eje vertebrador del Programa.
